Natural Cough Syrup
It’s cold season! Are you experiencing a sour throat and irritating cough? Soothe yourself with this natural cough syrup!
Natural Cough Syrup:
· 2 Tbsp. Apple cider vinegar
· 2 Tbsp. honey, raw &local
· ¼ tsp. cayenne pepper
· ¼ tsp. ground ginger
· ¼ tsp. turmeric
Put all in a jar, shake & enjoy.
Can be stored on the counter for a few days or in the refrigerator for longer storage.
Note- the spices will separate , so re-shake before every use!
