Fermented i.e. vinegar – use lemons instead

The following foods usually contain yeast and should be avoided on a YEAST FREE diet.  
Yeast is an additive ingredient in preparation (called leavening), Here are some foods that contain the yeast additive:  
       
Baby Food Hot dog buns/ hamburger buns  
Breads Milk fortified with vitamins  
Cakes and cake mixes Pastries  
Canned biscuits i.e.: Pillsbury General mills Pretzels  
Some canned soups Home-made or canned rolls  
Cereals fortified with thiamine, niacin,  ribo flavin Salt rising bread  
Cookies TV dinners  
Crackers Flour enriched with vitamins from yeast  
       
Yeast or Yeast-like substances because of nature or method of manufacture are associated with the following. It may be necessary to avoid these foods also. You should ask your Naturopathic physician about your specific condition and his(her) recommendation. Here are some examples of processed food containing yeast:
