Each restaurant has been contacted by a volunteer of the Ottawa Chapter who has presented information on the gluten-free diet and how to prevent cross-contamination. The Ottawa Chapter and the Canadian Celiac Association, however, cannot guarantee that the guidelines for preparing gluten-free foods will always be followed.
