What will take place on my first appointment?

 
• Urine Sample for Metabolic Urine Test ( MUT)
• History ( Approximately 55 minutes )
• Health Specific Physical Exam

 

What will my follow visits be?

After your first appointment your Naturopathic Doctor will integrate all the information, research and formulate your plan of managment. This will include your assement of your reviVelife score  © which will give information on your present state of healtlh and the number of steps needed to achieve Optimal Wellness. Your next visit will be approximately one half hour long and will consisit of a food intolerance test, nutritional counselling and your Doctor’s Report of Findings to begin your plan to optimal health. Often your plan will be comprised of three steps :

• 1. Cleansing/ Detoxifying and nutritional changes
  2. Building and Organ Strengthening
  3. Maintaining

There after your visits are organized for follow ups once every 4 weeks until improvement in achieved , the visits are then reduced to one every 6-8 weeks, 8-12 weeks, then twice a year ( every 6 months ) on Wellness . They can be approximately 25 minutes, 45 minutes or 1 hour ( this time is recommended if you haven’t had a follow up for over 3 years ) . It is important to maintain this prevention plan and not wait for symtoms before returning.
Physical Treatment Plans are generally once a week for 3, 6 or 12 weeks with a follow up assessment done to assess progress every 3 weeks.

Your Naturopathic Doctor may recommend further specialized testing to assess your situation fully. This will be discussed during your appointment.
