Any by products including those from the Leaky Bowl Syndrome that need to be cleared from our body are brought to the liver. The liver has two phases of process. Phase 1 is cytochrome p450 and is regulated by B vitamins while Phase 2 is regulated by amino acids ( which are broken down from proteins). When the body is not digesting as well as it should or when an individual is not consuming as much of the right nutrients it needs ie B vitamins (ie dark green leafy vegetables and grains ) or proteins (ie meat, beans, legumes, and fish) OR the liver is overloaded we get free radical formation. Free radicals can lead to chronic degenerative disease.

The final clearing is when the liver sends toxins to be cleared from your body to all the organs of elimination. These organs are the lungs, skin, kidney and bowls.
