CHOCOLATE FIX AVOCADO PUDDING

When you need a chocolate fix, this is the perfect answer! These pretty mini treats are delicious while rich in nature’s bounties ingredients. Cacao is rich in antioxidants, fibre and is caffeine free! Sit down and indulge, perfect with your favourite tea!

Ingredients:

  • 2 avocados, ripe, pitted, peeled & cut
  • ½ cup almond milk, unsweetened
  • ½ cup cacao powder, raw
  • ¼ cup dates, pitted
  • 2 tsp. vanilla extract, pure
  • pinch of sea salt 

Directions:

  1. Add avocado, cacao powder, dates, maple syrup, vanilla extract, and sea salt to a food processor. Process until it is smooth and well mixed. That’s it!
