COVID-19 Operating Practices
ATTENTION: PATIENTS OF REVIVELIFE
RE: RETURN TO IN-PERSON APPOINTMENTS
Revivelife and its staff are following the advice of the Ontario government as well as local, provincial and federal health authorities. We are prioritizing the safety and well-being of our staff and visitors.
Physical Distancing & Protocol
We will be taking health and safety measures such as:
– Screening all patients over the phone before they make their way into the clinic.
– Minimizing patient flow in the clinic by offering telephone or virtual consults, and curbside pick-up for supplements.
– Each patient MUST wear a face mask in the elevator, clinic, and washroom. We have masks available for purchase, if needed.
– All Revivelife staff MUST wear a face mask during their shift.
– Allowing no more than four people in the waiting room. We will have a second waiting area available, if needed.
– Lobby furniture will be removed and or/ rearranged to encourage physical distancing (2-meters).
– Signage, and floor markings will be installed in all common areas of the clinic to encourage physical distancing.
– We will be sanitizing all high touch surfaces with 0.5% Hydrogen Peroxide after every patient and after every shift. These surfaces include, but are not limited to – reception counter/desk, door knobs, and payment machine.
– Each practitioner is responsible for cleaning after their patient.
