Tossing, turning and counting sheep, instead of getting your sleep can be frustrating. Chronic insomnia can lead into having difficulty doing simple things like getting motivated to go to work or school, remembering day-to-day important details, and connecting with family and friends. Help is here.

The Revivelife Approach
We believe in preventive health strategies and recommend getting support if you are having multiple bouts of having sleep concerns or more than three nights in a row where you are having challenges with your sleep. Based on your root cause of insomnia treatments are tailored to you that may include hormone balancing, stress management, nutrient support, acupuncture, and supplements that may include the following:
- Zinc: Zinc has been found to support sleep in particular, increased levels of non-REM sleep and decreased restlessness during sleep.1 It’s mechanism of action is unclear but may improve circadian rhythm patterns.2
- Glycine: Glycine is a non-essential amino acid that promotes shorter times to fall asleep and improved sleep quality without daytime drowsiness and changes to cognition.3
- Bio-identical Progesterone: Low levels of progesterone are linked to increased irritability and poor sleep. Research shows that when medically administered there is a 53% lower risk of waking, a 50% increase in total slow-wave activity (reflecting duration and intensity of deep sleep, an increase secretion of growth hormone and a reduction of TSH which promotes overall wellness and longevity.4
