Green Dragon Smoothie

This green dragon breathes detox fires that power up your body’s cleansing actions. Green tea is rich in polyphenols including the antioxidant, epigallocatechin gallate (EGCG), which helps your body get rid of free radicals. Ingredients:

• 1 cup green tea, cold
• 1 cup spinach
• ½ cup celery
• ¼ cup parsley, fresh
• ¼ cup mint, fresh
• 1 ¼ cup mango, frozen cubed
• 1 orange, peeled and rough chopped
• 4 ice cubes

Directions:

1. Blend green tea, spinach, celery, parsley, mint, mango, and orange in a blender. Blend until smooth. Pour into chilled glasses and garnish with a straw and a few mint leaves.
Quick Tip: For you newbies to green smoothies, simply add more fruit to naturally sweeten!
