My approach is holistic and integrates evidence-based therapies with compassionate, organic and responsive care. I strive to support clients on their unique paths to health and fulfillment. Mindfulness, Yoga, Language Technologies to name a few - Extensive training in integrative wellness, including mindfulness-based stress reduction,
holistic coaching strategies, and trauma-informed care

balance. I cherish building connections with my family and friends, creating memories that fuel
my passion for helping others find more balance and joy in their lives.
