Key Lime Smoothie
Ingredients
- 2 cups coconut milk unsweetened
- 1 cup spinach packed
- 1 frozen banana
- ½ avocado peeled, pitted & rough chopped
- ¼ cup cashews raw (pre-soaked in water 30 minutes+, drained, optional)
- 1 lime juice of & zest (for a more tart version add 2! Limes, juice & zest)
- ¼ cup & 2 Tbsp. coconut shredded , divided, to garnish
- 4-5 ice cubes
- 2 Tbsp. hemp seeds to garnish
Directions
- Add coconut milk, spinach, banana, avocado, cashews, lime, lime zest, ¼ cup of the coconut and ice cubes to a blender.
- Blend until smooth. Garnish with remaining shredded coconut and hemp seeds. Enjoy!
