Water Infusions
Want a refreshing twist on plain old water ?. Infuse your H2O! Infused waters are easy to make, nutritious and healthy! Simply start with reverse osmosis filtered water, then use any fresh vegetables, fruit, herbs, and spices to turn your once plain water into a refreshing, flavored drink. Here are a few options to get you started!
Power Food: Water

Simply add any of these combinations to 1 cup of water. Using mason jars works well for an on the go option!
Ingredients:
- 1-quart jars
- 1 cup reverse osmosis water
- Agave or another sweetener (optional)
Berry Burst:
- ½ cup mixed berries
- ½ lemon, sliced
- 3 mint sprigs
Citrus Infusion:
- ½ lemon, sliced
- ½ lime, sliced
- ½ orange, sliced
- 1 slice fresh ginger (optional)
Cucumber Mint:
- 1/2 a cucumber, sliced
- 1/2 a lime, sliced
- 1/4 cup fresh mint leaves
Cherry Lemon with Basil:
- 1/2 cup cherries
- 1/2 a lemon, sliced
- 1/4 cup fresh basil leaves ( optional)
Watermelon Rosemary:
- ½ cup cubed watermelon
- 1 sprig fresh rosemary leaves
Pear Sage:
- ½ cup pear, sliced
- 3 sprigs fresh sage leaves
Strawberry Citrus Rosemary:
- ½ cup strawberries
- ½ lemon, sliced
- 1 sprig fresh rosemary
Mango Mint:
- ½ cup mango
- 3 sprigs fresh mint
Directions:
- Choose which recipe you’re making — or come up with your own combination — and gather all of the ingredients.
- Place the fruit, herbs, and/or spices in the bottom of one of the glass jars, and muddle with a wooden spoon. (That basically means mash up the fruit in the bottom of the jar to release some of the flavor-filled juices.)
- Fill the jar with water and give it a taste.. If you’d like something a bit sweeter, try adding some agave (and mix until dissolved).
- Enjoy as-is or refrigerate overnight for maximum flavor.
