Your Evaluation of SAD & Winter Blues:
- If your total score is 0-10 there is a low risk that you have either SAD or the winter blues.
- If your total score is 11-22 there is a moderate risk that you may be experiencing SAD and a high risk that you have the winter blues. It is recommended that you follow up with your health care team for proper assessment and support.
- If your total score is 23-33 there is a high risk that you may be experiencing SAD. It is recommended that you follow up with your health care team for proper assessment and support.
