+Hormone Imbalance

Hormone balance for both men and women is important for energy, mood, and vitality. Menus like plant-based, paleo, anti-inflammatory or other can help restore your youthful self. A review of over 200 studies found strong evidence for the benefits of plant – based menus on weight, cognition, energy, gut microbiome and the reduction of systemic inflamation.9
