Meet with your Naturopathic Doctor or Registered Holistic Nutritionist for a nutrition Initial Visit. Review your goals, current menu, food sensitivities, and establish your plan.
- Nutrition Consult by Naturopathic Doctor (ND) or Certified Nutrition Practitioner
- Nutrient Deficiency Risk Review
- Review of Current & Recommended Menu
- Initial Dietary Recommendation
- ND consultations covered by most extended insurance plan
- CNP may be covered by extended insurance plans
Nutrition Follow Ups
Schedule & Receive Your Nutrition followups in your plan. Try the Kitchen Recipe Rehab, Kitchen Clean-Out, grocery store/Farmer’s Market Tours, and, or private cooking classes tailored to your needs.

- Coaching tailored to your need

Nutrition Wellness
As you feel your nutrition is on track, we recommend wellness visits every 6-12 months to keep your health at its peak long-term. Think about it as your bi-annual or annual nutrition resets!

HOW TO PREPARE FOR YOUR VISIT
Please complete the following prior to your appointment.
Sign up to your patient portal that hosts your patient visits, administration and allows you to direct message the team in a secure HIPAA compliant at Patient Portal
Receive an email once your appointment is booked with links to complete the following:
- Intake form
- Health Consent
- Nutrient & Health Advisor Questionnaire
Please bring any lab tests that you may already have had done for review or upload them into your patient portal.
Note: We can also obtain a copy directly from the lab with your authorization which can be done attheend of your initial visit.
Cancellation Policy
Please note that we require a minimum of 48-HOURS (2 business days) notice by emailing or calling us to allow live-time access to other patients who may be waiting to avoid the charge for the full fees for the appointment scheduled.
