TG’S POWER SMOOTHIE
Power food: Strawberries
Gluten free | Dairy free | Soy free
Serves 2 | Serving size: 2 cups (medium mason jars) | Total time: 5 minutes
Ingredients:
- 1 cup mango, frozen
- 1 banana, frozen
- 2 scoops of *Extreme 97 Protein (or your choice of protein powder)
- 2 cups of strawberries (frozen or fresh)
- 1 medium sized orange, roughly chopped
- 5-6 ice cubes (or Greek yogurt if you are not dairy-free)
Directions:
- Place mango, banana, protein powder, strawberries, orange and ice cubes in a blender.
- Blend until smooth and serve immediately!
