Sometimes the nutrients that you get from your foods just isn’t enough for optimal health.
In order for your body to function at its best, you need to supply sufficient levels of vitamins, minerals, and micronutrients as well as amino acids, healthy fats, and carbohydrates.
Nutrients, such as B-vitamins, vitamin D, iron and magnesium, can be depleted through poor diet, lack of nutrients in our soils where our food is grown, defective digestion/absorption, glycopthates (GMO foods), food sensitivities/allergies, over exertion, chronic stress, genetic variability, and over-consumption of alcohol & medications. In addition some people have increased nutrient demands due to chronic stress, athletic performance, pregnancy or illness including cancer. Even for those who eat well, the odds are, something is missing which can lead to just feeling less than yourself or a multitude of diseases.
Our precision formulas that get infused right into your body include the latest researched nutrients for your

Doesn’t my diet or oral supplements give me what I need?
Although it is always best to get your nutrients from your menu first, sometimes you may not be able to eat enough of the right foods, the foods that you eat are low in nutrients themselves or it can take time. 92% of the North American population is suffering from at least one vitamin or mineral deficiency based on the Dietary Reference Intakes. Even for those who consume a “perfect” diet, the odds are, something is missing. In addition the foods that we eat are often depleted of vitamins and minerals. Researchers even now report that an apple grown today is depleted in nutrients by 40% or more as compared to even 20 years ago! Oral supplements can be beneficial , however your absorption rate maybe only up to 20% of the nutrients available. When they’re going straight IV, intravenously, you get 100% absorption. Your Revivelife™ IV Infusion professional, who is certified, licensed and specially trained in IV Infusion therapy will assess your health needs and customize your IV infusion plan, to provide you with a boost of nutrition.
What are the common nutrient deficiencies?
If you are fighting back feeling tired, irritable, depressed or just not at your best, your health may be less than optimal simply due to a nutrient deficiency. With a busy life-style it’s hard to get all the fruits & veggies that you need to fuel your body every day. The most common nutrients that people are deficient in include:
- Vitamin B6- the most common vitamin deficiency in the CDC’s report. Vitamin B6 is needed to form your “Happy & Sleep” hormone serotonin. Deficiencies may lead to fatigue, irritability and a low mood. Sound familiar?
- Vitamin B12- this nutrient is often “normal” on bloodwork but less than “optimal” for peak energy for your day. B12 helps to keep your nerves and blood cells healthy. Low levels may lead to fatigue, hair loss, numbness or tingling in your hands and feet. Sound familiar?
- Magnesium- this nutrient is your ticket to “zen”. Magnesium is involved in over 300 different biochemical reactions in the body and research suggests that up to 80% of us may be deficient. Deficiency of magnesium can cause fatigue, muscle cramps, tension and migraine headaches, PMS, high blood pressure and more. Sound familiar?
- Vitamin D– due to the climate that we live in many people are deficient in vitamin D. D is crucial for high quality sleep, your mood, bone health and immunity. Sound familiar?
- Iron– iron is crucial to help make hemoglobin, a protein in red blood cells that carries oxygen to all parts of the body. If you’re lacking in iron, you may feel tired, feel like you can’t stay warm, notice your hair falling or have shortness of breath with exercise. Sound familiar?
If this sounds familiar, we’ve got you covered. Although food is always best, nutrient injections have been found be one of the most effective ways to increase and maintain your vitamin & mineral balance for health. The major goal is that once the natural products are injected, your own body’s system is stimulated to reset the body back in balance.
Our precision formulas that get infused right into your body include the latest researched nutrients for your Jump-Out-Of Bed Energy!
What about taking too much vitamins and minerals? Isn’t this dangerous?
The formulas are chosen for you based on your body’s needs. In addition to ensure your levels remain optimal on-gong lab testing is performed. IM therapies include nutrients that are fat soluble and thus stay in the body for a duration of time, while IV therapies include nutrients that are all water soluble which means that your body will use what it needs and then eliminate what it doesn’t need avoiding toxic levels.

For detailed pricing please speak to your Revivelife™ Patient Coordinator or see our general fee schedule.
What is the training required for Nutrient Infusions?
The Revivelife™ Vitamin Lounge practitioners of Naturopathic Doctors (NDs), Nurse Practitioners and Nurses are trained in the skills and techniques to effectively deliver Nutrient Infusions. For NDs this training includes a minimum of three years approved pre-med education and four years of full time naturopathic medical training and clinical sciences from an accredited College. As well, NDs in Ontario must successfully complete an approved certification course and pass a Board exam to practice Nutrient Infusion. For Nurse Practitioners they must first be a Registered Nurse and then proceed to their Nurse Practitioners Master’s degree which allows them to issue prescriptions and do nutrient infusions. Infusion nurses work under the Nurse Practitioners prescription to safely inject or infuse nutrient solutions. All Revivelife™ practitioners are trained in emergency care techniques where require.
Is this therapy regulated?
The BDDT-N Nutrient Infusion policy establishes the permitted therapies and substances currently permitted for use in Ontario. The Naturopathy Act awards NDs the Controlled Act of “administer, by injection or inhalation, a prescribed substance.” In addition nurse practitioners in Ontario have the ability to prescribe nutrient infusion therapies.
Is this treatment synergistic with my medical doctor’s care?
Naturopathic medicine’s unique approach to care is an essential complement to conventional medicine, and an important choice for patients who may have exhausted conventional options. Naturopathic therapies can work synergistically with conventional medicine to reduce dosage, the number of medications required, and other co-interventions, providing the basis for collaborative care. For example, for patients with diabetes, NDs may use an IV multivitamin and mineral formula and IV nutrient therapies to improve the neuropathy associated with diabetes.
