Ingredients

  • 1 cup chamomile tea
  • 1 banana frozen
  • ½ cup oatmeal
  • ½ cup almonds
  • ½ cup tart cherries pitted (or pineapple)
  • 1 tsp honey raw & local
  • ¼ tsp nutmeg
Optional: 1 Tbsp. Liquid Magnesium, 1 Tbsp. flax seeds and or ½ Tbsp. cacao powder
Toppings: tart cherries, coconut, almonds, cacao, cinnamon

Directions

  • Add chamomile tea, banana, oatmeal, almonds, tart cherries, honey and nutmeg to a blender. Blend until smooth. Pour into a bowl or glass and top with toppings of choice.
