Ingredients

  • 2 cups coconut water
  • 1 cup kale
  • 1 apple cored & rough chopped
  • 1 cup strawberries
  • ½ cup papaya rough chopped
  • ½ small beet stems removed, rough chopped
  • 2 Tbsp. walnuts

Directions

  • Place coconut water, kale, apple, strawberries, papaya, beets and walnuts in a blender. Blend until smooth.
  • Pour your smoothie into glasses/mason jars and drink immediately or refrigerate in a sealed jar/container for up to 3 days.
