Ingredients

  • 1 cup green tea cold
  • 1 cup spinach
  • ½ cup celery
  • ¼ cup parsley fresh
  • ¼ cup mint fresh
  • 1 ¼ cup mango frozen cubed
  • 1 orange peeled and rough chopped
  • 4 ice cubes

Directions

  • Blend green tea, spinach, celery, parsley, mint, mango, and orange in a blender. Blend until smooth. Pour into chilled glasses and garnish with a straw and a few mint leaves.
Quick Tip: For you newbies to green smoothies, simply add more fruit to naturally sweeten!
