Ingredients

  • 2 cups coconut milk unsweetened
  • 1 cup spinach packed
  • 1 frozen banana
  • ½ avocado peeled, pitted & rough chopped
  • ¼ cup cashews raw (pre-soaked in water 30 minutes+, drained, optional)
  • 1 lime juice of & zest (for a more tart version add 2! Limes, juice & zest)
  • ¼ cup & 2 Tbsp. coconut shredded , divided, to garnish
  • 4-5 ice cubes
  • 2 Tbsp. hemp seeds to garnish

Directions

  • Add coconut milk, spinach, banana, avocado, cashews, lime, lime zest, ¼ cup of the coconut and ice cubes to a blender.
  • Blend until smooth. Garnish with remaining shredded coconut and hemp seeds. Enjoy!
