Ingredients
2cupscoconut milkunsweetened
1cupspinachpacked
1frozen banana
½avocadopeeled, pitted & rough chopped
¼cupcashewsraw (pre-soaked in water 30 minutes+, drained, optional)
1limejuice of & zest (for a more tart version add 2! Limes, juice & zest)
¼cup& 2 Tbsp. coconutshredded , divided, to garnish
4-5ice cubes
2Tbsp.hemp seedsto garnish
Directions
Add coconut milk, spinach, banana, avocado, cashews, lime, lime zest, ¼ cup of the coconut and ice cubes to a blender.
Blend until smooth. Garnish with remaining shredded coconut and hemp seeds. Enjoy!
