Natural Cough Syrup

Ingredients

  • 2 Tbsp. Apple cider vinegar
  • 2 Tbsp. honey raw &local
  • ¼ tsp. cayenne pepper
  • ¼ tsp. ground ginger
  • ¼ tsp. turmeric

Directions

  • Put all in a jar, shake & enjoy.
  • Can be stored on the counter for a few days or in the refrigerator for longer storage.

Notes

Note- the spices will separate , so re-shake before every use!
