Glow Smoothie
Ingredients
- 2 cups coconut water
- 1 cup kale
- 1 apple cored & rough chopped
- 1 cup strawberries
- ½ cup papaya rough chopped
- ½ small beet stems removed, rough chopped
- 2 Tbsp. walnuts
Directions
- Place coconut water, kale, apple, strawberries, papaya, beets and walnuts in a blender. Blend until smooth.
- Pour your smoothie into glasses/mason jars and drink immediately or refrigerate in a sealed jar/container for up to 3 days.
